Strawberries & Cream Truffle Popcorn

An irresistible, festive snack.

The dreamy flavor of the strawberries & cream truffle filling, mixed with a sweet white chocolate, and sprinkled with a vibrant pop of freeze dried strawberries, all layered on freshly popped popcorn, makes for a mouthwatering Valentines Day indulgence.


~ 1 batch of fresh popped popcorn (usually about 10 to 12 cups...don't worry about measurements!) OR 1 - 2 bags of microwave popcorn

~ 8 - 10 Lindt Strawberries & Cream Truffles, roughly chopped

~ 1 package of your favorite white chocolate chips

~ 2 to 4 tablespoons of butter

~ Freeze dried strawberries


1) Make your popcorn and set aside.

2) In double boiler or microwave, melt butter and white chocolate chips. Stirring often (about every 30 seconds if in microwave). If chocolate isn't getting creamy, add a bit more butter. When chocolate is almost all the way melted, add the chopped truffles. Continue to heat and stir until combined and creamy.

3.1) DRIZZLE METHOD - Spread popcorn out on parchment lined baking tray and drizzle warm melted chocolate over the top. Before it cools, sprinkle desired amount of freeze dried strawberries.

3.2) SHAKE METHOD - Add popcorn to large ziplock bag and pour warm melted chocolate in. Shake bag and work chocolate in and around popcorn. *Note you will get more "clumps" of popcorn this way, and that's ok! When you feel like it's all mixed, add in the freeze dried strawberries, and give the bag another shake!

4) Serve and enjoy!
