Summertime calls for easy appetizers and dips that are perfect for barbecues, parties and laying pool side.
This Feta and sun-dried tomato dip meets all the requirements. Just toss everything in your food processor and you’re good to go!
Ingredients
• 4 ounces Feta
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 cup chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
• salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
• pretzel crisps, pita chips or crackers for serving
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix until you have a thick puree consistency.
Best served cold, but can be eaten immediately.
